Revision Policy
Depending on the package you choose, we offer revision. Customers can request limitless free modifications, and we will modify their design at no additional cost as long as the design and concept stay the same. The turnaround time for revisions would be 48 hours.
MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE / REFUND POLICY
Suppose the first design ideas are accepted or a revision is requested. In that case, any deposited money for a project will not be refunded until our team cancels or ends your Contract for a cause other than your breach or non-performance.
Refund Policy
If you seek a refund before the delivery of early design concepts, you will be liable for a full refund (less 10 per cent service & processing fee).

If you seek a refund within 48 hours, you will be entitled to a 66 per cent return (less 10 per cent service & processing fee).
If you seek a refund between 48 and 120 hours after the original design delivery, you will be eligible for a 33 per cent return (less 10 per cent service & processing fee).
If you have not done a thing on your order within 30 days of making it, no refund request will be granted. If you want to revive your design order, you will be charged a cost based on your project.
After the final files have been given, no refund claims will be considered.
No refunds will be granted for website packages once production has been finished or the website has gone live.
All refund inquiries should be sent to the support team.
Because all design tasks require consumer feedback before finishing the design, it is only reasonable that the customer participates and offers input to get the intended outcomes.
POLICY ON COMMUNICATION
Accept that IIS is not accountable for any contact from email addresses other than those preceded by our own domain, i.e. "email address" or/and any toll-free number not specified on our website. IIS accepts no responsibility for any damage(s) done by such contact. We only accept responsibility for contact via email address(es) under our own domain name or/and via toll-free number, as stated on the IIS website.
INFORMATION POLICY
To use IIS services, you may be required to equip registration information or other information. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you undertake that any information you give will be true, up to date, and comprehensive. If IIS feels the information you have supplied is incorrect, out of date, or incomplete, IIS has the right to reject your access to any services or resources, as well as to cancel or terminate your account, at any moment.
IIS is a PCI DSS certified firm, thus it is permitted to retain your credit card information on file for any ongoing service, significant additional hours, server or network equipment necessary to create or publish your website without advance notification.
EXCLUSIONS
The Company will help the Client integrate third-party plugins and APIs, but any third-party integration essential to help with website functioning will be STRICTLY standard. During the development of this project, the Company will have no relations with other parties. Any further work will necessitate a separate pricing arrangement.
