Payment collection
We take the payment so our partners can focus on the service
For platforms we work with, Infinity IT Solutions Limited acts as a payment collection agent. The customer pays for the partner's service inside the partner's own app; we receive the card payment through a licensed payment service provider and settle it to the partner. A payment made to us counts as a payment made to the partner.
Card data never touches our servers: it is entered in the provider's PCI DSS certified payment form embedded in the partner's app. We see the transaction, not the card.

Price and terms are shown by the partner before the order is confirmed.

The charge is made by Infinity IT Solutions Limited on the partner's behalf.

Reconciled per transaction, with refunds and disputes handled by us together with the partner.

DodoGo builds its passenger and driver apps with our team, and card payments for rides booked in the DodoGo app are collected by Infinity IT Solutions Limited and settled to DodoGo.
